Resisting Medication

I spent the last 14 years of my life trying to cope with my anxieties and problems the natural way, but with the addition of medication for the last few months, my life has become much easier.

My relationship with flying is an ever changing thing

Last year I nearly didn’t board a flight home because my anxiety kicked in and panic attack symptoms began. Needless to say, that flight was absolute hell for me!

I would say that I am a fairly frequent flyer. I love to travel and experience new cultures and have lived abroad for the last 3 years. I have never been scared of flying itself and until the age of 21 when I developed my IBS, I was actually very happy aboard a plane. Continue reading
